And he is updating he absolutely needed safety guide giving advice and tips on how to protect yourself man, woman, and the older folk too. Thank God! This single woman can not stop singing the praises of JJ Luna's advice. I was nearly attacked a couple of weeks ago, while walking back to my hotel room. Normally I take Lyft. This time I decided not to and thought its not that late and besides the bus is safe and cheap, no problems there. It was dark and nearly half 11 at night. And a man in a car, honked at me, I knew he was honking at me since I was the only one outside. And he turned his car around and drove into the hotel parking lot. And waited for me to cross the entrance to get into the hotel parking lot, where my room is located. I had no choice but to walk pass his car. And he called out to me, thankfully my quick thinking told me to run. Praise the lord he did not get out of the car and wait for me to walk past him, and he did not follow me to my room. Lesson learned, pick a hotel closer to the bus line, and use Lyft if I am ever going to need to get back after dark.

You can either apply topically or put in a diffuser. Not ready for essential oils try magnesium. Take 3 capsules of Magnesium Malate (recommendation from my chiropractor) 30 mins before bed. I had six months where I could not sleep and would wake up through out the night. Started using the EOs I mentioned and the Magnesium Malate and now sleep soundly each night. Hope that helps.
