I’ve collected a lot of Hello Fresh recipe cards so even if I skip deliveries I sometimes re-make favourite meals. I also like the variety because even though I’m a passionate foodie - I get tired of thinking of what to cook. And when you’re tired, shopping for ingredients can be exhausting and I often over-spend! Over-spending in supermarkets is my downfall!

Have some the next day, freeze the rest, saves you having to cook sometime next week.
