The matzohs represent when we were coming back from Egypt we were in such a hurry the bread didn't rise and it was a matzoh and so we have meals together during 8 days (I'm not sure about that) and we don't eat bread only matzoh. Also it's normally not covered in chocolate but people do that so it will taste better and stuff

So since Jesus was a Jew, when it says in the bible that he gave thanks to the bread and broke it, that's what he most likely would've been eating.
