41. Erin Elisabeth: protip: heat up oven to lower heat and bake longer, to allow the inside to finish baking without burning the outside. If you're already past the point of no return, try wrapping it with tin foil before putting it back in the oven to finish. The foil actually deflects some of the heat from the outside, while still allowing the inside to contain the heat it needs to finish baking. 👌🏽 Josh will probably never see this, but if it can save even one loaf of banana bread, it was information worth sharing.

Thousands of people's homes were destroyed and there are massive fires at the moment and towns and farms are being burned down. Cape Town is also currently experiencing a draught and there isn't enough water or firefighters to help extinguish the fires. So being a 3rd world country we don't have the money to help all these people who are homeless and don't have food and those who have lost everything they have. We are trying to raise money and get food and shelter for the thousands (on top of the millions there already was) just to get through these cold winter days. I'm sorry for my comment at first. Pretty sure you are against animal cruelty, you probably have pets of some kind. You probably wouldn't want to kill a pig yourself, so maybe you should think about the moral gymnastics and false justifications you give yourself so that you can continue your immoral actions of eating meat, eggs and dairy products.

I don't have a problem with vegans, I have problem with those that disrespect others' lifestyles. They are usually the first ones to demand people to respect their choice but the commenter can't reciprocate. No one's way of getting protein is better or worse than others.
